These Terms of Service apply to the GPG Figureworks storefront, a Bulgaria-based business selling 3D printed, hand-finished, and hand-painted collectible figures and related custom work.
By using the site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these terms. These terms are intended to work alongside any consumer rights that apply to you under mandatory law, including relevant EU consumer protections where applicable.
Our catalog includes made-to-order, collectible, hobby, and custom-oriented products. Some items are sold unpainted, while others include hand-painting or custom finishing.
We work to present products as accurately as possible. Even so, handcrafted finishing, screen differences, scale, resin behavior, and assembly requirements can create small visual differences between listing images, painted examples, and the delivered item.
Custom, personalized, or specially prepared items may require additional review before production and may not be eligible for the same cancellation or withdrawal rights as standard stock items.
Placing an order on the site is a request to purchase. We may accept, refuse, or cancel an order where needed, for example because of product availability, payment problems, pricing errors, verification issues, suspicious activity, or shipping limitations.
For custom, commission-style, or hand-finished work, we may also contact you to confirm production details before we accept the order for fulfillment.
Order-related emails, payment confirmation, and production updates are part of the service and may be sent to the email address you provide at checkout or in your account.
Prices are shown in the relevant storefront currency and may vary by market or channel. We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors before an order is accepted.
Payments are processed through the payment methods made available at checkout, including Stripe where applicable. By submitting payment details, you confirm that you are authorized to use that payment method.
Depending on the destination, import duties, taxes, or courier handling fees may apply. Where special destination rules are relevant to an order, they may be explained separately in product, checkout, FAQ, or support communications.

Because many items are made to order, custom, hand-painted, or otherwise personalized, cancellation and withdrawal rights may be limited once production has started or where the item has been prepared specifically for you.
If you need to request a cancellation or order change, contact us as soon as possible because the available remedy can change once printing, painting, or other production work has started.
If you are an EU consumer, you may still have mandatory distance selling rights in some situations. Those rights do not necessarily apply in the same way to custom or personalized products.
Our products are collector items and hobby pieces, not everyday household goods. They should be handled with care, kept away from extreme heat and direct sunlight where relevant, and are not intended as toys for small children unless a product listing explicitly states otherwise.
The site design, branding, logos, original copy, images, product presentation, and other storefront materials are owned by or used with permission by GPG Figureworks. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit site content without prior written permission.
Nothing in these terms is intended to limit rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Subject to that, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the site or from delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in the business, the storefront, or legal requirements. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised last-updated date.
