What makes a 16K resolution special?

Most high-end studios use 8K. By upgrading to 16K resolution, we provide microscopic layer heights. This means the "staircase" effect seen on standard 3D prints is virtually non-existent, resulting in a smooth, injection-molded finish right off the printer.

How do I care for my figurine?

To preserve the detail and paint, keep your figures out of direct sunlight and extreme heat (above 50°C). Dust gently with a soft, dry brush or microfiber cloth. Avoid submerged cleaning or harsh chemicals.

How do I start painting my own figures?

Our 16K resin prints are the perfect canvas. We recommend using high-pigment miniature paints (like Citadel or Vallejo), synthetic brushes, and always starting with a quality primer.

Do you ship to the United States?

Yes. Every piece is made to order, so production usually takes 4 to 6 weeks. After dispatch, shipping to the U.S. usually takes 5 to 7 business days.

What are the new U.S. Customs duties?

As of August 29, 2025, the U.S. government suspended "de minimis" (duty-free) treatment for shipments from Bulgaria. All U.S. orders are now subject to import duties and taxes.

• Painted Orders: We cover all duties and taxes for you.

• Unpainted/Standard Orders: These are shipped on a DAP (Delivered At Place) basis. You are responsible for any fees collected by U.S. Customs or couriers upon delivery.

No. For legal and insurance reasons, we must declare the accurate value of every item. This ensures that if a package is lost or damaged, you are fully covered for a replacement or refund.

We accept cancellations based on the production stage of your order:

• Queued: Full Refund.
• Printing Started: 70% Refund (30% restocking fee).
• Painting Started: 30% Refund (70% restocking fee).
• Dispatched: No cancellations possible.

Is the resin safe to handle?

Yes. All figures are fully UV-cured, making them non-toxic and safe to touch. However, if you choose to sand the figure, please wear a mask to avoid inhaling fine dust.
