Refund & Replacement Policy

At GPG FigureWorks, every figure is carefully crafted, inspected, and securely packaged before shipment. Due to the fragile and collectible nature of 3D printed and hand-painted figures, we maintain a strict return and replacement policy to prevent misuse and ensure fairness.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • clear photos of the damaged figure
  • photos of the packaging and shipping box
  • your order number

After verification, we will offer either:

  • replacement parts
  • full replacement
  • or refund (case-by-case)

Return Requirement for Refunds or Replacements

To receive a refund or full replacement, the original item must be returned to us.

We do not issue refunds or replacements without receiving the returned product.

This policy is necessary to prevent fraudulent claims and product misuse.

Condition of Returned Items

Returned figures must be:

  • the same item shipped by us
  • not intentionally damaged
  • not modified or altered
  • packed securely for return shipping

If returned items show signs of intentional damage or misuse, the claim will be denied.

Return Shipping

  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the damage is confirmed as shipping-related or our fault.
  • We recommend tracked shipping for all returns.

Non-Returnable Situations

We do not offer refunds or replacements for:

  • accidental breakage after delivery
  • improper assembly or handling
  • damage caused by dropping
  • exposure to heat or sunlight
  • normal wear or user modification

Figures are collectible art pieces and must be handled with care.

Unpainted Kits

Unpainted figures and kits are sold as hobby products. Minor sanding, fitting, or assembly adjustments may be required and are not considered defects.
