APPROVAL PROCESS

1. Printing Stage ā Once the figure has been printed, we will send you photos of the raw 3D print for your approval before continuing.
2. Color Palette Confirmation ā Before we begin painting, we will also send you the color palette we plan to use for each part of the figure. This helps make sure the final result stays as close as possible to the intended design and reduces the chance of mistakes or misunderstandings.
3. Painting Stage ā After your approval of both the printed model and the proposed color palette, we proceed with the painting process. Please note that we cannot continue production or ship the final product without confirmation from the customer.

For extra safety during shipping, if some parts are very small, thin, or fragile, they will be shipped with supports still attached as an additional protection measure. This helps reduce the risk of breakage during transit. These supports can be carefully removed during preparation before painting.
